Westfest Menu!

Here is our first menu,

Homemade beverage:

Strawberry/Raspberry/Mint fizzy.

Starter:

Smoke trout and bacon gaucamole with lime wedge and homemade cumin chips.

Mains:

Crispy fried green tomato sandwich with home made potato chips.
    panko breaded green tomato/basil mayo/smoked mozzarella/pickled red onions/lettuce.

Haddock N Chips.
    beer battered haddock/house made tartar sauce/fries.

Masa cakes with jerk chicken and mango salsa.
    home made jerk sauce/pulled roasted chicken/mango salsa/slaw/cilantro.


Dessert:

Fresh mini doughnuts filled with home made strawberry sauce.

     I think this a great first menu, and I hope everyone can find something they like. See you all on Jun 9th and 10th.

  2. What a pleasant and tasty surprise to find you at Westfest. Lunch was awesome... I was able to try at least a bite of all of the mains, but should of done a three-course food truck lunch because the app and dessert were so tempting too. Good luck and look forward to seeing you at festivals and on the streets!
